We’ve been wanting to do this, and have the opportunity at Eagle Creek Athletic Club on Thursday evenings in January and February. Join our workshops to learn and practice the basic steps of the rhythms we commonly teach in a Zumba class. Basics are Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia and Reggaeton. Additional rhythms are Afrobeats, Dembow, Flamenco and Bellydance.
January focuses on the 4 main Latin rhythms in every Zumba class so you can take them with you no matter where you dance! February we have combo classes where we review the basic 4 and the additional rhythms.
